Federal labor department calling me about employer compliance..what is it?

hi, I got a call from labor department from Arizona saying they need to interview me for 45 mins about employer compliance…it is scheduled for tomorrow…it is for my other colleages as well from arizona…I have no idea why they want to interview us or what it is about…I am kind of tensed as this is the first time I am hearing about it…if anyone have any info or knowledge about it please let me know….Thanks a lot in advance
