What do you think that voluntary compliance means?

And, what do you think the difference is between voluntary compliance, and compulsery compliance?
I am positve that not very many people will even know what this question, is actually refering to…but I just want to see if ANYONE does!
So far, I have only gotten one correct answer. Can you guess which one?
Chandlin…How can voluntary possibly mean the same thing as mandatory?

You are talking about income tax and how the Constitution says that they cannot “Force” you to pay and they use plays on words to make you think you don’t have a choice about paying income tax.

On the one hand they say that the Tax System is “Voluntary” and then they say if you don’t comply we will destroy your life.

Nothing “Voluntary” can be compelled or it not “Voluntary”.

They tell you that you have to file (there is a law that says you have to file, but nothing says your work income is taxable), and the “Free will” comes in with the fact that you get to “Determine your tax burden”. Which they can turn around and “Audit” you and make you pay more…

So where is the “Free will to determine your tax burden”?

Well, am I right?

This was a really brief statement, but I could go on for pages and quote caselaw and show where the IRS misquotes caselaw, but Iwon’t because people will call me a “Tax Protester” and label me a “Nutjob”… but I just want to say that I have researched this VERY in depth and I do not believe the income tax system is legal.

However, I pay because I have seen what the IRS can do to people, when they don’t… People have limited resources and the IRS has limitless resources and eventually you will loose.

Look up the case of Vernice Kuglin, (I think) in Tennessee and read about that one…

Her lawyer (Larry Becraft) mainly argued one point… he handed the highly trained Federal Prosecuter the US Code and said “Show me the Law, just point it out in the US Code” and after days of not showing it and saying that “Everyone knows they have to pay”… the jury was not convinced, and aquitted her.
