How will the promise of Health Care for everyone differ from the housing collapse America just experienced?
Government stepped into the private housing sector with the intentions of putting low income people in houses when Democrat President Jimmy Carter signed the Community Reinvestment Act in 1977.
Bill Clinton accelerated the concept in 1992 + 1995 which mandated banks to put more ill qualified people in houses (quotas). ACORN used these government mandates to strong arm banks to live up to the government mandates (quotas) and make the risky loans for fear of being in non compliance.
As a result of government intervention into the private housing sector we the tax payers are now stuck with a seven hundred billion dollar bailout.
After what government intervention did to the private housing sector, and the cost of this debacle being dumped on the tax payers, do you have confidence in the promise that the government can somehow provide and manage Universal Health Care for all Americans?
well politicians can’t say its to expensive now, I just wish they would fix the insurance company so I will not have to pay $450 a month and a $1500 deductible just so I can have health insurance
