Climategift.com was created for Reef Check by SearchEngineCorp.com. SearchEngineCorp.com is not affiliated with Reef Check but will donate half of all gross advertising proceeds earned by SearchEngineCorp.com from Climategift.com to Reef Check every quarter. This is explained in more detail in the Contributions to Environmental Organizations section below.

ClimateGift.com provides internet search services allowing retrieval of information and websites from the internet based upon queries generated by you (“the ClimateGift.com Services”). By your use of the ClimateGift.com Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Results Generated by ClimateGift.com Services

The search results generated by your use of the ClimateGift.com Services have been created or made available over the internet by persons unrelated to ClimateGift.com. The search is an automated process, performed based upon the query generated by you. The process is automated, and neither SearchEngineCorp.com nor Climategift.com exercise any review or censorship of the search results. Consequently, the results of any search may not be accurate or complete, and may include information and links to websites that are nonresponsive to the query, or which include adult, inappropriate, obscene, or other offensive material. In the event that this should occur, you should consider reformulating your query.

Personal Use Only

The ClimateGift.com Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the ClimateGift.com Services to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. Querying Limitations

Use of the ClimateGift.com Services utilizing automated or redirected queries is not permitted. Without limiting the foregoing, use of the ClimateGift.com Services in the following manner is prohibited:

- Generating queries for the purpose of ascertaining the ranking provided by the ClimateGift.com Services in comparison to other search engines

- Use of a federated or metasearch function to generate queries to the ClimateGift.com Services.

- Performing searches on ClimateGift.com offline.

You may use the ClimateGift.com Services only for searches based upon your actual desire to obtain information for your personal use from sources available on the internet and may not generate multiple or fictitious queries for the purpose of increasing revenue earned by ClimateGift.com or donations to .

Contributions to Environmental Organizations

Selected environmental organizations will receive a proportion of the sum allocated by tracking for each organization. SearchEngineCorp.com will distribute a minimum of 50 percent of revenues generated by the ClimateGift.com Services to the individual environmental organizations listed at www.ClimateGift.com. ClimateGift.com will send each organization a check quarterly providing they have accrued $100 or more during that quarter. If the organization has earned less than $100, the funds will be allocated on a pro rata basis to those organizations which have met the minimum payment requirement. ClimateGift.com and SearchEngineCorp.com are under no obligation to provide you with any verification of amounts generated by your use of the ClimateGift.com Services, or information related to amounts donated to the environmental organizations.

RESULTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF THE CLIMATEGIFT.COM SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON WITHOUT ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION AND DUE DILIGENCE.
